DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM
- If a client experiences unjust treatment, their first step should be to contact the broker directly. Should this fail to resolve the issue, the client may escalate the matter to International Crypto Authority.
- International Crypto Authority review the complaint within five days.
- International Crypto Authority reserves the right to gather all relevant evidence and documentation from both sides to reach a fair conclusion.
COMPENSATION FUND
- In cases where a broker refuses to implement the decision in favour of the client, International Crypto Authority will step in to provide financial compensation.
- This compensation is issued only after a dedicated representative of International Crypto Authority confirms its validity.
- The total amount of compensation is limited, and if claims exceed this limit, the available funds are distributed proportionately among all eligible claimants.
