FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Comprehensive and detailed responses to inquiries regarding the company’s activities, strategic goals, and the potential benefits it offers, both for prospective members and their clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and confidence in the organisation’s value proposition.
International Crypto Authority is a self-governing and non-jurisdictional organisation that exists to provide assistance when conflicts arise between parties involved in financial activities: brokers and traders. It helps clients of financial service providers when they are treated unfairly. It is important to understand that the company can only provide support in cases where the broker involved in the dispute has a membership status. Its task is to provide each party with the opportunity to get acquainted with the position of a third party regarding the disputed issue.
The company does not have and does not plan to have any involvement in quality control or the legality of brokers. It only provides dispute resolution services that lead to a result that is fair to both parties. Before filing a complaint, the trader undertakes to ensure that the broker in question has received membership status and is regulated by the authorities of its country.
The company considers its main goal to be the creation of a Committee of financial specialists who will adhere to the strictest standards in competent and unbiased work. The main functions of this Committee are to analyse the complaints received, taking into account all the rules, issue completely fair decisions on them and monitor their implementation. The decision-making process itself must be clear and faster than similar actions of traditional regulatory bodies, which guarantees its increased timeliness.
After receiving information about a complaint received against it, a member is obliged to do the following:
- Confirm receipt.
- Provide compensation where it is fair.
- If compensation is not possible, provide a detailed explanation of the reasons.
If, after completing this procedure, the client is not satisfied with the results obtained, he/she has the right to contact International Crypto Authority.
Complaints are only accepted against brokers with a member status who provide services of the appropriate quality. If a broker was once a member but then lost this status or was placed “under review”, traders cannot file a complaint against it. In this case, they are better off contacting their local financial bodies.
Membership status gives brokers the opportunity to count on the company’s help in case of complications, which allows them to feel more confident when faced with market risks. Another important benefit is the confidence your clients have in you as a financial services provider, which they receive through the ability to file a complaint.
The unification of experts with many years of experience into one Committee is the main aspiration of the company. These experts use their skills and knowledge to make the most effective decisions on controversial issues, and do so faster than any other regulatory body.
To do this, you must first contact us by filling out a special form and submitting an application for membership. If the electronic copy is needed, you can reach the support team at info@internationalcryptoauthority.com.
You will receive a response from the Board of Directors within 21 days of submitting your application. We need this time to review it. Once this process is complete, you will be sent a certificate, a member code and a welcome data pack.
Once a complaint is received, the broker is required to:
- Confirm receipt.
- Compensate the losses, if possible.
- If compensation is not possible, provide an explanation.
According to the company’s rules, if a broker refuses to accept or consider a complaint from a client, the latter has the right to forward it to the company for consideration.
